Based at our newly renovated Pool Area, the heartbeat of Cape Towns most loved destination. This is role is perfect for a passionate individual who combines creativity, technical skill, and a natural flair for service.

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Service

• Take drink orders accurately and efficiently from guests at the bar and surrounding seating areas.
• Use your product knowledge to recommend cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic options suited to guest preferences.
• Prepare and serve cocktails with precision, consistency, and style, ensuring every drink meets brand standards.
• Serve beverages using the correct glassware, garnishes, and presentation techniques.
• Follow responsible service of alcohol policies and verify identification when required.
