Job Title : Site Supervisor Boilermaker

Senority Level : Mid-Career (2 - 4 yrs exp)

Location : Ermelo, Mpumalanga

Type : Contractor

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Minimum 4 years milling plant maintenance experience
  • Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Valid milling plant PSR authorisation

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise maintenance teams and daily plant operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
  • Schedule maintenance tasks and monitor completion
  • Provide technical guidance to team members
  • Report progress and issues to Site Manager
