Position Overview3>
Vive Adolescent Care is a Joint Commission–accredited, inpatient acute stabilization facility serving adolescents and families in crisis. We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Therapist to join our clinical team. This role offers the opportunity to provide innovative treatment approaches while working with some of the most complex and high-acuity adolescent cases in behavioral health. The Therapist will provide individual, group, and family therapy, lead treatment planning, manage caseloads, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct therapy : minimum of 1 individual session weekly with each client on caseload.
- Facilitate assigned group therapy sessions and contribute to innovative programming.
- Maintain consistent communication with families through weekly updates.
- Develop and update treatment plans :
Initial plan within 24 hours of admission.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of clinical experience (preferred).
