What you will be doing :

• Facilitate all required Scrum events (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
• Coach the Development Team on self-organization, cross-functionality, value creation, and estimation.
• Remove obstacles and impediments hindering the Development Team's progress.
• Ensure the Product Owner understands how to manage and arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value.
• Lead, coach, and plan the organization's understanding and adoption of Scrum, including empirical product planning.

What our client is looking for :

A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial.

1-2 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team.

Experience in a customer-facing or similar role.

Strong knowledge of Scrum and other Agile frameworks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively with people at all organizational levels.

A servant-leadership approach.

Situational awareness and conflict resolution skills.
