Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pretoria for a Regional Customer Success Manager. The Regional Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer accounts, and providing top-notch customer service. The role requires daily interaction with customers, resolving issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of customer accounts. Additionally, the manager will analyze customer data to improve service delivery and address customer needs efficiently.
