PMO Coordinator

The PMO Coordinator will provide critical support to the Project Management Office by coordinating administrative and financial activities across a portfolio of approximately 60 large-scale projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in SAP FI for invoice processing and financial tracking.

What you’ll do :

Project Coordination Support

• Assist in the planning, tracking, and reporting of project activities.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and resource plans.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
• Monitor project milestones and elevate delays or risks.
