REQUIREMENTS
- Matric (Grade 12) essential
- Valid drivers license and reliable own transport
- Strong administrative skills with a good understanding of processes and procedures
- Demonstrated success in a sales role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets

DUTIES
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service and proactive follow-upCollaborate with designers, architects, builders, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand and support project requirementsStay informed on the latest product innovations, industry trends, and market developments to provide expert advice to clientsRespond promptly to inbound leads by setting up meetings and identifying customer needsProactively engage with existing clients while sourcing and securing new business opportunitiesHandle incoming product and service queries with professionalism and product knowledgeMaintain accurate and up-to-date client information and activities in the CRM system on a daily basisGrow the client base by generating leads, developing new business, and expanding existing accounts and networksPrepare quotes and proposals accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring they align with client requirementsConduct thorough after-sales follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat businessLeverage existing company clients to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunitiesDevelop a deep understanding of the companys product and service offeringsProvide consultative support to industry professionalsincluding architects, electricians, engineers, and project managersensuring appropriate solutions are offeredMaintain strong market awareness, including competitor activities and emerging opportunitiesCommunicate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and project execution.Salary : Basic salary plus commission and company fuel.
