• Ensure adherence to maintenance plans
• Liaise with client regarding maintenance requirements
• Advise on maintenance requirements

Operations

• Ensure conformance to client’s production schedule
• Ensure suitably qualified personnel to perform duties

Safety, Health and

Environment

Management

• Ensure conformance to statutory requirements
• Appointed safety representative on site
• Manage medical fitness and induction of all ARTS employees
• Participate in the safety and environmental audits
• Write up safety procedures
• Conduct safety incidents investigations
• Maintain Safety Management System
• Manage PPE
• Task Observations :
• Adhere to customer requirements regarding tasks observations through

frequent and consistent observations

• Identification of risk and unsafe behaviours
• Develop corrective action to mitigate the risk identified
