Overview
The role will support the Accounts Payable Team Lead in their role and be primarily responsible for all supplier reconciliations between financial, operational, and external financial information and ensure that the reconciliations are completed timely and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Process bank transactions
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Post customer wallets transactions
- Reconcile toll accounts
- Post supplier invoices
- Reconcile supplier accounts
- Request payments and monitor supplier's balances
- Allocate payments (Customer wallets and Suppliers)
Requirements
Qualifications and Work Experience
Bookkeeping / Accounting Diploma or equivalentMinimum 2 years' experience in a Accounts Payable positionPrevious experience in multinational company will be advantageousExperience in Xero Accounting Software (essential)Intermediate MS Excel skillsSkills
