Project Manager

Role Purpose

The Project Manager will lead and support the implementation of strategic and operational initiatives across the organisation. This role is responsible for driving the execution of approved projects, ensuring operational readiness, and embedding updated processes into the business. The focus is on end-to-end delivery of initiatives and ensuring successful adoption across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead full project lifecycle delivery for assigned initiatives, ensuring timely implementation and successful outcomes.
• Develop project plans, milestones, timelines, and resource plans.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across the business.
• Maintain strong project governance, including scope, timing, risk, and communication management.
• Provide regular status reporting and support SteerCo and executive updates.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure issues are promptly escalated and resolved.
• Coordinate and support change rollouts, ensuring readiness and adoption.
