Pediatric LPN

General Summary of Duties

• Assist with examination, treatment, and procedures.
• Immunization documentation for State requirements and reporting
• Administer Shots / Vaccines
• Phone calls with documentation
• Work 1 weekend every 5 weeks
• Work Extended hours twice a month and PRN as needed
• Schedule procedures such as, CT, MRI, etc.

Supervision Received.

Reports to Nurse Manager

Physical Demands

Bending, stooping, stretching, working under stress, and use of telephone required
