About the Client

Our client is a digital marketing agency that specializes in helping home service businesses grow through comprehensive digital solutions, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize end-to-end Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) across multiple accounts.
Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and ongoing performance analysis.
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-converting ads.
Maintain and report on budgets, forecasts, and campaign ROAS; analyze trends and KPIs to improve campaign effectiveness.
Work closely with Account Managers to align paid strategies with broader marketing goals.
Stay up-to-date with Google’s latest updates, trends, and innovations.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience in Google Ads campaign management.

Proven track record of managing budgets and scaling campaigns profitably.

Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, analytics, and funnel strategies.

Highly analytical and data-driven mindset.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Digital marketing agency experience is required.

Ability to lead or mentor a team and collaborate across functions.

Working Hours

9 am to 5 pm MT

Salary

USD 1600 - USD 2200 per month
