IA Solution Architect

This role is pivotal in designing and implementing automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Formulate business cases for automation initiatives, including process analysis, technology recommendations, and implementation plans
• Lead cross-functional solution development teams comprising business users, analysts, and developers
• Design and validate automation solutions through artefacts such as PBMD, Pre-PDD, and test cycle documentation
• Research and evaluate emerging intelligent automation technologies (AI, ML, RPA, Hyper-automation)
• Drive organizational change management, including impact analysis, training, and stakeholder engagement
• Present business cases to the Intelligent Automation Steercom (IAS) and align initiatives with digital strategy
• Oversee demand and solution management, including opportunity assessments and backlog creation
• Develop KPIs and ROI strategies for automation projects
