• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with IFRS and group reporting standards.
• Manage the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial results.
• Provide variance analysis and performance insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure statutory compliance, including tax submissions, audit requirements, and regulatory filings.
• Collaborate with operations and plant managers to align financial reporting with production performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, ensuring strong financial controls and governance.
• Maintain and improve internal reporting systems and procedures.
