Job descriptionRegistration Data Capturers Calling students to come and register Calling students to follow up on documents Data capturing Assessing completeness of a registration Assisting students to register Good interpersonal skills Must be methodical / systematic Experience in Word & Excel essential Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and telephone manner Superior organisational and administrative skills Best suited to a service-oriented person Friendly, presentable, organised and can work under pressure High Initiative Completed Matric / Grade 12 A Diploma or Degree is advantageous A minimum of 1-2 years relevant (Reception / Admin) working experience. Must be computer literate (Word & Excel) Previous finance experience will be advantageous Administrative / Management jobs
