Role Description

We are looking for a Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to join our Business Insurance sales team. This role will be hybrid, based in Bloemfontein . The Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance Specialist will work with clients to identify their insurance needs and sell appropriate policies. The ideal candidate will be required to source their own leads and build and maintain relationships with clients, provide exceptional customer service and possess strong negotiation skills. This permanent role offers medical aid and a Retirement fund (CTC), a competitive basic salary, with an attractive commission model, including systems and product training.

What would make you successful in this role

• FAIS credits / Full Insurance Qualifications (as per DOFA date)
• Financial Services Board Regulatory Exams (RE5) completed (as per DOFA date)
• Must have your own reliable transport
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the commercial insurance industry
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in face-to-face business
