Medical Scheduling Coordinator / Agent - EST Working Hours (Remote)

Overview

ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa, is in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Scheduling Coordinator / Agent to join their team in South Africa, working remotely. In this role, you will be part of a call centre and responsible for coordinating medical appointments, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, healthcare providers, and home care teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical scheduling.

Hours and technical requirements

• Working Hours : EST hours (15 : 00–00 : 00 SA time), Mon–Fri. SA working times are subject to change depending on daylight savings.
• Internet : Fixed fibre line with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps for both upload and download; capable of supporting a wired Ethernet connection.
• Power backup : Must have a power backup solution to manage loadshedding or power outages.
