Key Responsibilities :

• Welcoming Visitors : Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answering Switchboard : Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel and addressing inquiries efficiently.
• Setting Up Meetings : Coordinate and schedule meetings for staff members, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
• Planning Board Room Times : Organize and manage the booking of board rooms, optimizing usage and availability.
• Assisting Accounts with General Admin : Support the accounts department with various administrative tasks as needed, contributing to a smooth operation.
