ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing / offshoring company, is in search of skilled and passionate Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join our team in South Africa. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with highly skilled professionals in the medical industry. Work Hours : This role requires you to work US based hours (EST) (15h00 - 24h00 SAST).
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Healthcare Knowledge : Basic experience preferred but not required; comprehensive training provided.
- Customer Service Experience : 1-2 years preferred; inbound phone experience a plus.
- Attention to Detail : Accurate and detail oriented.
- Multitasking : Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Computer Skills : Proficient with technology and data entry systems.
- Home Office : Quiet, distraction-free environment with reliable high-speed internet.
