As an Electrical & Instrumentation Technician, you will play a key role in keeping industrial production lines running safely and efficiently. You are responsible for executing both planned and unplanned maintenance tasks, troubleshooting complex
faults, and contributing to improvement projects. Your work spans across electrical systems, instrumentation, automation, and mechanical components.
Your Responsibilities :
As an Electrical & Instrumentation Technician, your tasks will include :
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of production installations
- Troubleshooting complex issues in electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems
- Collaborating with production, engineering, and safety departments
- Logging and reporting activities in SAP or similar systems
- Supervising external contractors and ensuring work is carried out safely
- Participating in improvement teams to reduce downtime and increase reliability
- Supporting upgrades, modifications, and new installations
You should have :
Trade Test Certificate (Red Seal) as an Electrician or Instrumentation MechanicianExperience in a manufacturing or process environment (5 years minimum)Valid Wiremans License is an advantageKnowledge of PLC / SCADA (e.g., Siemens S7, Rockwell) and DCS systems is a plusAffinity with high-voltage systems (up to 10kV) and basic mechanical insightFamiliarity with ERP systems (such as SAP)Valid safety certifications
