Responsibilities :
- Achievement of revenue targets; New Product Sales (NPS) from the assigned territory from the enterprise accounts
- Forecasting and developing annual sales quota for region and ensuring that the quarterly and annual targets are met.
- Accurately Forecast business and activities within the territory.
- Develop, maintain, and execute a territory plan.
- Ensure that there is a continuous focus on generating leads and opportunities pipeline at any point of time.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives and strategies.
- Work closely with the Technical Support team to ensure customer satisfaction and plan new customer acquisition initiatives.
- Identify new market opportunities and accountable for new client acquisition as per the assigned targets.
- Develop and manage a funnel of activities.
Minimum Qualifications :
BE Mechanical with MBA in Sales / Marketing [Preferably] with min. 3 years of experience in CAD, CAE software sales.Preferred Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years of effective solution selling experience to an industry vertical such as Engineering Services, Automotive, A&D suppliers, Industrial Equipment / Machinery etcDemonstrated experience to balance volume and strategic sales.Highly analytical but balanced with commercial selling ability and strong negotiation skills.Should have experience in selling to Senior Executives and Department HeadsSelf-motivated and goal driven, creative, high-energy and a strong team player.Strong work ethics and organized, quick learner
