We are seeking two passionate and professional Field Guides to join a dynamic guiding team within a premier private reserve. The ideal candidates will be dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences, combining in-depth environmental knowledge with a genuine love for the bush and wildlife conservation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct engaging and informative guided game drives, bush walks, and nature-based experiences for guests.
• Share expert knowledge of local flora, fauna, and ecosystems in an inspiring and educational manner.
• Prioritise guest safety and comfort while ensuring all guiding activities comply with reserve protocols.
• Contribute to ongoing conservation initiatives and assist with reserve management activities when required.
• Maintain all guiding equipment, vehicles, and work areas to a professional standard.
• Collaborate closely with the lodge team to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements : Nature Site Guide qualification – NQF Level 2 (minimum). Valid First Aid certificate. Valid Driver’s License and PDP. Professional appearance and excellent communication skills. A genuine passion for wildlife, conservation, and guest interaction. Team player with a proactive, positive attitude. Experience in a Big 5 environment will be highly advantageous.
