The ideal candidate will bring creativity, flair, and professionalism to the bar — crafting exceptional beverage experiences that complement the lodge’s world-class setting and guest service standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, premium spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and presentation.
• Develop and refresh seasonal cocktail menus showcasing creativity and alignment with the lodge’s culinary direction.
• Maintain a spotless and fully stocked bar, ensuring proper inventory management and control.
• Deliver personalised service to guests, remembering preferences and exceeding expectations.
• Uphold 5-star service standards, working closely with restaurant and guest service teams to create seamless dining and bar experiences.
• Monitor beverage quality, glassware presentation, and guest satisfaction at all times.
• Support lodge events, private dinners, and special occasions with bespoke bar setups and signature drinks.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a luxury hotel, boutique lodge, or fine-dining establishment. Proven mixology expertise and passion for modern and classic cocktails. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, guest-centric approach. Strong product knowledge in spirits, wines, and craft beverages. Professional appearance and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Barista experience and knowledge of premium coffee preparation advantageous.
