Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant Degree or Diploma
- 8 years experience in network infrastructure, cabling, or building management systems.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with Sales, Projects and operations team.
- Strong project management experience.
- Good understanding of SHEQ requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical acumen in network cabling, and building management systems.
- Ability to plan and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making.
- Customer-focused mindset with proactive service delivery.
- Ability to work in different environments including server rooms, construction sites, and office settings.
- Willingness to respond to emergencies outside regular working hours if required.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the network infrastructure, cabling teams.Develop and implement strategic plans to meet business objectives.Foster a safety-focused culture adhering to all relevant safety standards and protocols.Manage budgets, resource planning, and procurement activities.Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of structured cabling systems.Manage operations teams ensuring optimal performance and security.Supervise building management systems (BMS) including HVAC, access control, security, and fire systems etc.Ensure all infrastructure meets industry standards and client specifications.Plan, execute, and monitor projects department outputCoordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.Maintain documentation and reporting on project progress and issues.Ensure all work complies with local regulations, codes, and industry standards.Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards.Conduct regular inspections and audits in all departments of the business.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.Provide guidance and updates to clients.Handle client escalations effectively.Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.Drive innovation and process improvements within the business unit.#J-18808-Ljbffr
