Job Description
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety and Security Coordinator to oversee infrastructure safety, emergency preparedness, and occupational health compliance at a unique property in Bethlehem. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in dynamic environments and values meaningful contribution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with internal emergency protocols and external safety regulations
- Develop and implement safety-related SOPs and make strategic recommendations
- Safeguard infrastructure, property, and the wellbeing of animals, staff and visitors
- Coordinate and deliver regular safety and security training for staff
- Implement and monitor occupational health and safety (OH&S) standards
Qualifications
3-5 years of proven professional experienceMatric and relevant security and OH&S qualifications or certificationsFluent in English (written and spoken)Proficient in MS Office 365 and virtual communication tools (e.g., MS Teams)Skills
Strong administrative and organisational skills, with high integrity and attention to detailExperience in emergency managementExposure to IT infrastructure, cyber security and workstation setupSalary / Package
