Job Duties :
- Oversee the entire kitchen operation
- Create and develop menus
- Ensure high-quality food production
- Train and manage kitchen staff
- Maintain inventory and control food costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Required Qualifications :
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar roleExcellent leadership and management skillsStrong knowledge of culinary techniques and best practisesAbility to work well under pressureEducation :
Degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field
Experience :
Minimum of 5 years in a senior culinary position
