This role involves providing administrative support related to medical aid and insurance processes, including handling claims, queries, and hospital authorisations.The Admin Clerk is responsible for client service, data capturing, maintaining accurate CRM records, and supporting the Financial Services Division with documentation and correspondence.Responsibilities and Duties :
Administrative duties relating to insurance and medical schemes, including claims, queries and Hospital AuthorisationProvide comprehensive administrative support to the Financial Services Division, including preparing documents, and processing correspondenceProcess and monitoring claimsGeneral client services and capturing of dataConstant liaison with client / brokers and logging of communicationMaintain the CRM databaseQualifications and Skills :
Matric / Grade 12At least 5 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry (advantageous)At least 3 years’ work experience in an administrative positionComputer literate (proficiency in Excel, CMR software and Microsoft Office suite)Strong leadership skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsDeadline driven, good organising and planning skillsHard working, conscientious and energeticClosing Date 31 October 2025
