Job Description

  • TWK Agri has the following vacancy available : Admin Clerk : Medical Aid within the Financial Services division at Nelspruit, Mpumalanga.
  • Job Summary

  • This role involves providing administrative support related to medical aid and insurance processes, including handling claims, queries, and hospital authorisations.
  • The Admin Clerk is responsible for client service, data capturing, maintaining accurate CRM records, and supporting the Financial Services Division with documentation and correspondence.
  • Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Administrative duties relating to insurance and medical schemes, including claims, queries and Hospital Authorisation
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Financial Services Division, including preparing documents, and processing correspondence
  • Process and monitoring claims
  • General client services and capturing of data
  • Constant liaison with client / brokers and logging of communication
  • Maintain the CRM database
  • Qualifications and Skills :

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry (advantageous)
  • At least 3 years’ work experience in an administrative position
  • Computer literate (proficiency in Excel, CMR software and Microsoft Office suite)
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Deadline driven, good organising and planning skills
  • Hard working, conscientious and energetic
  • Closing Date  31 October 2025
