Key Responsibilities :
- Performance Management : Design and oversee performance frameworks, ensuring KPIs are aligned with divisional sales targets and company strategy.
- Talent & Training : Manage recruitment, onboarding, and development initiatives for the sales division. Track and evaluate training and coaching effectiveness.
- Employee Relations & Compliance : Implement fair and consistent disciplinary processes and ensure adherence to labour legislation. Resolve grievances promptly and effectively.
- HR Administration : Maintain accurate HR records, process payroll inputs (including commissions and bonuses), and ensure compliance across all employee documentation.
- Executive Administration : Provide comprehensive support to the Sales Executive, including reporting, scheduling, and office coordination.
Requirements :
Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration , or a related field.Minimum 35 years HR or HR / Admin experience , preferably within a sales-focused or call centre environmentProven experience in performance management, recruitment, and disciplinary processes .Strong knowledge of South African labour law and HR best practices .Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.Visit our website to see other opportunities.
