Summary
As a People Technology Implementation Analyst , you’ll support clients in rolling out and maximizing HR, Learning, and Talent platforms. This role blends technical expertise with client engagement, helping organizations transform how they manage their people technology.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Gather and document client requirements and business processes
- Support solution design, testing, and deployment of HR / Learning systems
- Identify functionality gaps and propose effective strategies
- Conduct workshops to support adoption and training
- Work closely with project managers and technical teams (on-site and offshore)
Skills / Requirements
