Sales Manager New Business
Role Purpose :
The Sales Manager New Business will be responsible for driving strategic growth and expanding companies customer base through innovative ICT and business automation solutions. This individual will lead a dynamic sales team, identify new market opportunities, and deliver on revenue and profitability targets by building strong, solution-driven relationships with clients across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive new business development within the ICT and office automation sectors.
- Provide strategic sales leadership and coaching to develop high-performing sales teams.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company growth objectives.
- Lead client engagement initiatives, including prospecting, presentations, and solution proposals.
- Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and strategic partners.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal departments (technical, operations, finance) to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Prepare regular sales reports, performance metrics, and strategic insights for management.
Skills & Requirements :
Minimum qualification : Grade 12 / Matric.A tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management will be advantageous.Minimum of 2+ years experience in a Sales Manager role within the Office Automation or ICT industry.Proven experience in strategic account management, business development, and solution selling.Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.High level of business acumen and commercial awareness.Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Valid drivers license and own reliable transport.Core Competencies :
