POSITION INFO :

In this pivotal role, you will onboard and maintain larger mass market clients, ensuring an exceptional end-to-end client experience while continuously consulting them to identify up-sell opportunities and becoming their trusted business advisor.

Duties will include :

• Delivering a seamless end-to-end client experience through strong relationship building, high-value engagements, and strategic consultation
• Taking full ownership of the assigned client base, including onboarding, product training, and ongoing client success across multiple channels (in-person, telephonic, digital)
• Analysing client data to enhance product usage, drive change management, and identify opportunities for growth and retention
• Recording detailed CRM notes and all client queries on the SD+ platform
• Collaborating with New Business Consultants to ensure regional growth, profitable conversion, and long-term client satisfaction

Job Requirements : Qualifications, Skills and Experience

The proposed salary for the role is R36k - R39k per month, but the option remains with the client to offer any market related salary considering the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
