SUMMARY : POSITION INFO :
We are looking for an experienced School books sales manager to develop and execute our school sales strategies. A key objective will be conducting research in market trends and behaviours to inform and guide the company’s sales efforts. Communication and high-level negotiations skills are essential for this position. Reporting to the National Sales and Operational executive, your responsibilities will includes, but not limited to :
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate national sales teams.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales budgets.
- Research and identify new potential customers and opportunities.
- Negotiate and sign SLA with national and regional customers.
- Review and adjust marketing plans.
- Tracking sales data to find strengths and weaknesses.
- Networking and managing large client contracts.
Requirements
Proven experience as a school book sales manager in publishing or retail environment.Strong communication and management skills.Analytical and data driven problem solver.Excellent organizational and time management skills.In depth knowledge of managing a high-performance sales team.You are a strong team player who can build good relationships at all levels of the organization.Availability to travel.Own reliable transport, with valid driver’s license.
