Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to :
Contract Management
- Drafting contracts, reviewing contracts, renewal of contracts and legal letters
- Management of original contracts
- Registration of contracts
- Utilization of the Legal Management System
Disputes and Liability Management
Manage all disputes, settlement claims and lawsuits and attend all court hearingsManagement of contingent liability evaluation and reportingManage all disputes and litigation matters to ensure company interestAssess all contingent liability and report on these to enable financial considerations when budgetingCCMA attendanceCompliance
Conduct annual risk assessment for the organizationConduct quarterly compliance meetings with leadersAdministration

Minimum LLB DegreeMinimum 3-5 years experience in legal industryOverall understanding of all Acts and RegulationsSolid understanding and knowledge of commercial law and litigationExperience in logistics and labour law would be advantageousRequired Skills :
