Job Summary
As a Meta Advertising Specialist , you’ll plan, create, manage, and optimise Meta campaigns that deliver measurable results. You’ll play a hands-on role across creative production , campaign strategy , technical setup , and Go High Level (GHL) integrations - ensuring seamless, profitable performance from start to finish.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves blending creativity with data.
Key Responsibilities
Research audience segments, competitor activity, and campaign positioning.
Design engaging static and carousel creatives (Canva or Adobe).
Build and manage campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
Implement and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and GTM.
Integrate Meta campaigns with Go High Level for seamless lead flow.
Prepare weekly performance reports in Google Sheets or Looker Studio.
Must-Have :
✅ 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads management (lead generation focus).
✅ Strong graphic design skills (Canva required, Adobe preferred).
✅ Video ad editing experience (short-form, performance-driven).
✅ Deep understanding of Meta Pixel, CAPI, and GTM setups.
✅ Excellent written and spoken English.
✅ Proven record of improving CPL, CTR, or ROAS.
✅ Reliable remote setup (stable internet and power backup).
Nice-to-Have :
Experience with Go High Level (GHL) integrations and automations.
Experience managing UK or global client accounts.
Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, and Asana.
