Role Overview

The Social Media & Community Manager will lead day-to-day execution across multiple brands, translating strategy into consistent, high-quality content and measurable growth on Instagram and LinkedIn. This is a hands‑on, multi-disciplinary role blending creative taste, analytics, and AI-powed workflows to boost reach, engagement, and conversions. A portfolio is required.

Content & Creative

  • Plan and post weekly content calendars, creating carousels, reels, and posts aligned with each brand’s voice.
  • Turn strategy into an editorial calendar with thematic weeks, seasonal hooks, and series concepts (e.g., “AI Micro‑Tips,” “Client Wins”).
  • Draft, design, and ship posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok (as relevant).
  • Write crisp, on‑brand captions with an editorial tone, adapting long‑form ideas into short‑form content (carousels, reels).
  • Maintain distinct brand voices across all platforms.
  • Perform light video editing in CapCut, Reels, or Final Cut and design carousels in Canva / Figma.
  • Become an expert in the studio’s business and craft content that reflects each brand’s identity and positioning.

Community & Growth

  • Manage comments, DMs, and engagement across all platforms.
  • Nurture fans (especially real estate agents) and surface user‑generated content (UGC).
  • Handle creator outreach, cultivate ambassador touchpoints, and build “top fan” lists.
  • Leverage tools like Trial Reels to identify high‑performing posts and reach new audiences.
  • Propose collaborations, experiments, and new growth strategies.
  • Maintain link‑in‑bio, UTM tracking, and accessibility hygiene.
  • Analytics & Operations

  • Track performance weekly, set baselines, and report insights.
  • Implement content scoring systems to evaluate hook, saveability, shareability, and watch time.
  • Focus on engagement metrics such as saves, shares, comments, and watch time.
  • Build repeatable workflows that enhance consistency and speed.
  • Maintain content library organization, alt‑text, link hygiene, and rights management.
  • Paid Boosts & Optimization

  • Set up and monitor lightweight paid boosts for high‑performing posts with basic targeting.
  • Collaborate with the paid ads team for larger campaigns or experiments.
  • Recommend data‑driven adjustments based on campaign performance.
  • Tools & AI Workflows

  • Use AI tools for ideation, scripting, clipping, repurposing, and first‑pass edits.
  • Build and refine AI‑assisted workflows for efficiency in content creation.
  • Apply judgment and aesthetic consistency to all AI‑generated outputs.
  • Qualifications

    Experience

  • 3+ years managing social media for design-forward, premium brands or creators.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong taste, storytelling, and short‑form video skills.
  • Hands‑on experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts; understanding of platform nuances.
  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools for ideation, scripting, and content production.
  • Skills

  • Strong portfolio showcasing taste, storytelling, and short‑form video creation.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Figma, and CapCut (Adobe Suite a plus).
  • Confident analyzing insights, defining experiments, and iterating based on data.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and responsive with excellent communication.
  • Comfortable working in fast‑paced, creative environments with multiple brand voices.
  • Light motion / animation skills, basic Meta Ads Manager experience, and familiarity with startup / tech narratives are a plus.
