Monitor and manage local development of critical parts at suppliers.Ensure supplier readiness for corporate milestones (PEP) and vehicle builds.Oversee on-time submission of sample parts with full legal and technical documentation.Conduct early planning and frequent supplier site visits.Collaborate with suppliers and toolmakers to : Agree on project timelines.Set secondary project milestones.Provide consulting on tooling, facility design, and manufacturing processes.Reduce troubleshooting needs before and after Start of Production.Possible Tasks within this Role : Ensure suppliers meet Group's timing, quality, and capacity requirements.Validate functionality of supplier tooling and equipment.Maintain clear and timely communication of issues and progress : Internally across Group departments.Directly with suppliers.Qualification Requirements : Technical Degree / Diploma in : Mechanical EngineeringElectrical EngineeringMechatronicsPolymer EngineeringExperience Needed : Minimum 5 years in : Plastics or injection moulding technologies.Manufacturing processes related to critical parts.Experience in : Project management.Strong project management abilities.Technical knowledge and ability to read technical drawings.Negotiation and problem-solving skills.High computer literacy (MS Office).Customer interface and conflict resolution skills.
