Responsibilities

• Perform monthly reviews of bank deposit and income reconciliations
• Review supplier ageing accruals prepayments and control accounts
• Process international refunds and consolidated debtors
• Manage fixed asset registers
• Assist the Group FM with staff training and development
• Annual audit preparation
• Implement and test new systems
• Manage and monitor internal controls
• Implement and maintain reporting tools
• Ensure accounting aligns with IFRS for SMEs
• Prepare budgets and monthly audit files
• Ad-hoc duties as required by management
