Job descriptionService and manage an existing book of clients. Adjust and update policies according to client needs. Provide advice and guidance on short-term insurance policies. Handle annual renewals of policies. Retain clients who are considering cancellation by providing solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
