Job description

Minimum Requirements :

  • Degree in Accounting / Finance.
  • Min 2 years experience, within commerce or manufacturing.

The Job : Daily duties :

  • Capture cashbook and credit card statements on Sage of all bank accounts and report balances to Management.
  • Debtor management.
  • Input stock movements.

    • Month-End :

  • VAT reconciliation and submit to FM for processing.
  • Vet all deliveries have been invoiced from delivery books for each warehouse.
  • Month-end bank reconciliation on Pastel Partner.
  • Capture and reconcile petty cash & credit cards.
  • Vet customer month-end statements to be sent out.
  • Vet supplier recons balance to system.
  • Inventory variance reporting.

    • Ensure all general ledger accounts have been reconciled including intercompany for FM to finalise month-end.

  • Perform any other work-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by Management.
