Responsibilities

As a WAXITologist, you will be a true brand ambassador representing customer excellence. You will ensure customers feel comfortable and are thrilled with their luxury service experience. You must LOVE waxing and have had previous retail exposure.

• Proficient in both hot and strip wax on all areas of the body for men, women and teenagers
• Knowledge of the best aftercare for men and women e.g. ingrown hair treatment and pre and post-waxing care
• Speed to be able to complete each treatment in the allotted time
• Precision, especially when performing Brazilian waxes
• Actively engage in implementation of ongoing process improvement and embrace “learning environment” initiatives
• The ability to adapt waxing techniques to different clients' hair growth to achieve the best results.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and professional environment including daily cleaning checklists and other cleaning duties as needed
• Accountable for efficient, effective and high-quality customer service
• Follows all policies and procedures to accomplish these standards
• Achieves targets as set out by the Franchisee
• Other duties as assigned in the spirit of teamwork
