Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our Medical Ward team. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work under the supervision of a Unit Manager to provide direct patient care and assist with the management of the ward.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess and monitor patients' conditions, including vital signs, and report any changes to the Registered Nurse or Unit Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Assist with wound care and dressing changes
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans

Qualifications and Requirements :

Must be registered with SANC as an Enrolled Nurse.

Preferably have two or more years of experience as an Enrolled Nurse.

Must be prepared to do shiftwork (Night shift / Day Shift)

Contract Details :

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The working hours will be determined by the needs of the ward and may include day, evening, and night shifts.
