Assistant Lodge Manager – Private Game Reserve | KwaZulu-Natal

Salary : R11,000 – R15,000 Negotiable DOE | Live-In

Leave Cycle : 3 weeks on / 1 week off

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and organised Assistant Lodge Manager for a private game reserve in KwaZulu-Natal. This role requires strong leadership, administrative ability, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Support the Lodge Manager in the daily operations of the lodge.

Manage guest relations, ensuring service excellence throughout their stay.

Lead and supervise staff, maintaining high standards of performance and professionalism.

Oversee administrative tasks including reporting, stock control, and record keeping.

Ensure smooth coordination between departments to deliver seamless guest service.

Uphold company standards, health, and safety procedures.

Requirements :

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a lodge or hospitality environment.

Strong administrative and organisational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Confident in staff management and team leadership.

Professional, reliable, and able to work under pressure.

Passion for hospitality and guest service.
