Job description

Minimum requirements :

  • Conduct process audits and ensure compliance with standards and regulations
  • Manage process quality control and technical reporting
  • Conduct metallurgical test work and optimise plant efficiency
  • Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and support capital projects
  • Supervise, coach, and support team skills transfer
  • Ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance

Requirements :

  • Degree in Metallurgy (recognised institution)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in DMS & Recovery (3 years at senior level)
  • Strong metallurgical auditing and process optimisation skills
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
