Job descriptionB Degree or equivalent in HR or related field. Minimum 6 years’ experience in recruitment and selection. Strong report writing and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Advertising & Sourcing
- Advertise roles using approved platforms.
- Screen and source candidates aligned to job profiles.
- Interview & Selection
- Lead and coordinate interviews using competency-based techniques.
- Liaise with the Centre of Excellence for assessments.
- Manage background checks and scoring integrity.
- Candidate & Agency Management
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and agencies.
- Facilitate briefing sessions with line managers and agencies.
- Track and report on agency performance and CV quality.
- Client Engagement
- Partner with line managers and HRBPs on recruitment needs.
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the process.
- Administration & Reporting
- Generate appointment reports and recommendations.
- Ensure documentation aligns with policy and audit standards.
- Issue offers and contracts to successful candidates.
- Complete post-assignment evaluations.
