SUMMARY : POSITION INFO :

Key Responsibilities

  • Advertising & Sourcing
  • Advertise roles using approved platforms.
  • Screen and source candidates aligned to job profiles.
  • Interview & Selection
  • Lead and coordinate interviews using competency-based techniques.
  • Liaise with the Centre of Excellence for assessments.
  • Manage background checks and scoring integrity.
  • Candidate & Agency Management
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and agencies.
  • Facilitate briefing sessions with line managers and agencies.
  • Track and report on agency performance and CV quality.
  • Client Engagement
  • Partner with line managers and HRBPs on recruitment needs.
  • Maintain consistent communication throughout the process.
  • Administration & Reporting
  • Generate appointment reports and recommendations.
  • Ensure documentation aligns with policy and audit standards.
  • Issue offers and contracts to successful candidates.
  • Complete post-assignment evaluations.

What We’re Looking For

  • B Degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in recruitment and selection.
  • Strong report writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
