About the Role
As a Shared Services Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the finance function, covering accounts payable, receivable, and cashbook. The role supports multi-currency transactions, reconciliations, invoicing, and collections while maintaining strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients. This is a role where accuracy, consistency, and timeliness directly support the success of the wider business.

What You’ll Do
Download and capture daily bank statements and reconcile cashbooks weekly.
Process invoices, credit notes, and intercompany receivables accurately and on time.
Support the accounts payable and receivable functions, including creditor and debtor reconciliations.
Monitor collections, allocate incoming funds, and update daily cash flow forecasts.
Ensure compliance with deadlines and resolution of queries within agreed SLAs.
Assist with forex calculations, commissions, and forecasting.
Participate in ad hoc projects and provide support across finance functions.
What You Bring
Matric with Mathematics and NQF5 (or studying toward an accounting qualification).
At least 1 year’s experience in accounts payable, receivable, and cashbook with multi-currency transactions.
Strong Excel and accounting systems knowledge (Accpac / NetSuite advantageous).
Excellent reconciliation and administration skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal ability.
Ability to stay organised under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage variable workloads.
