The Scale Operator is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of scales used in production operations. This includes calibration and repair of scales, as well as monitoring accuracy and making adjustments to ensure weights are accurate. The Scale Operator must be familiar with the use of precision measuring tools and must adhere to all safety regulations. They must also be able to maintain records in an organized and accurate manner. The Scale Operator must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also essential.
