Key Responsibilities :
- Full finance function management across multiple entities
- Monthly and annual financial reporting
- Cash flow forecasting and management
- Budgeting, variance analysis, and cost control
- Group consolidations and investment reporting
- Support external audit processes
- Engage with Project Managers and executives to support strategic decisions
Minimum Requirements :
Qualified CA(SA) (essential)12 years post-articles experience in a construction, engineering, or project-based environmentsStrong knowledge of CaseWare (essential)Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting softwareAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detailAbility to work independently and lead financial operations with confidence
