Your Role in the Big Picture :

✅ Own the Project Lifecycle – Lead end-to-end EPC project execution with a focus on time, cost, and quality .

✅ Raise the Bar – Identify gaps in project management processes and implement industry best practices .

✅ Drive Collaboration – Engage with clients, engineers, suppliers, and contractors for seamless execution.

✅ Mitigate Risks – Proactively assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure compliance .

✅ Lead & Inspire – Mentor high-performing teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement .

✅ Deliver Insights – Set up performance dashboards and reports for smarter decision-making.

What You Need to Succeed :

🎓 Education & Certification :

✔ Project Management certification (PMP, IPMA, CPM, or equivalent) – Essential

✔ Degree / Diploma in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field – Advantageous

💼 Experience :

✔ 5–10 years of EPC project management experience

✔ Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget & quality standards

✔ Expertise in contract management, risk management & stakeholder engagement

✔ Strong background in process improvement & project methodologies

✔ Experience in fast-growing or evolving environments is a plus

🛠 Key Skills :

✔ Leadership & Change Management

✔ Process Optimization & Problem-Solving

✔ Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools

✔ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
