Requirements :
National Matric CertificateComptia A+ or N+ certificationProficiency in network infrastructure technologiesStrong technical aptitude and problem-solving skillsFluency in English and AfrikaansSouth African citizenship and valid Driver's LicenseMinimum 1 year of experience in desktop, cloud, and network infrastructure supportAdditional Qualification Requirements & Experience :
Microsoft 365 Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator AssociateMicrosoft 365 Certified : Enterprise Administrator Expert1+ years of extensive experience in desktop, cloud, and network infrastructure supportFamiliarity with VOIP systems is preferredPrior experience in Network Support is beneficialPrevious exposure to Cybersecurity practices is advantageous
