About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Programme Manager to lead the operational delivery of BTS’s learning journeys. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure every element of the journey—from scheduling and logistics to communications and reporting—is executed with excellence.
This role benefits from strong project management capabilities, with a clear focus on executing the programme once the design is complete. While you won’t be expected to create learning materials, you will support with content coordination—such as managing version control, tracking material readiness, and aligning timelines with delivery milestones.
You’ll take ownership of delivery across multiple cohorts and formats (virtual, in-person, blended), ensuring clear plans, repeatable systems, and strong documentation so that others can easily step in if needed. From day one, you’ll operate in a client-facing and internal-facing capacity, and will also have the opportunity to support junior team members and help drive consistent delivery practices across the team.
Programme Execution & Coordination
Manage the day-to-day delivery of learning journeys, coordinating logistics, schedules, participants, and facilitators across multiple formatsMaintain clear, repeatable tools and handover-ready systems that enable others to step in seamlessly when neededUse BTS systems (e.g. Smartsheet, Salesforce, LMS) to track progress, manage updates, and ensure delivery consistencyDevelop and maintain detailed engagement plans for each learning journey, including timelines, communications, touchpoints, and support tools to drive participant experienceClient & Internal Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the main delivery contact for client stakeholders, leading discussions around programme logistics, timelines, and coordinationAlign with client stakeholders and internal teams on engagement strategy, ensuring communications and participant touchpoints are consistent, timely, and aligned with journey objectivesCollaborate closely with BTS consultants, facilitators, and support teams (production, finance, logistics, digital)Communicate updates, risks, and changes clearly and confidently with internal and external stakeholdersContent Coordination
Track and manage readiness of learning materials, ensuring correct versions are prepared and shared on timeLiaise with consultants and production teams to align materials with delivery plansData Management & Reporting
Track participant attendance, assignment completion, feedback, and assessmentsPrepare delivery reports and summaries for both internal and client useEnsure accuracy and consistency in data across all touchpointsStandards & Continuous Improvement
Develop and embed templates, checklists, and delivery practices that promote consistent quality and alignment with the BTS way of workingProactively identify risks and opportunities across delivery; act as the point of escalation for operational challengesMake informed, delivery-related decisions independently and share lessons learned to improve future programmesTeam Collaboration & Leadership Growth
